Here at Hooper Design (now Nous Digital), we’ve been busy working on a fantastic range of projects over the last year. Because of this, we want to make sure we can continue to support all of our clients with technical queries and on-going support after we have delivered each project, so we have created a support portal to help us achieve this.
The portal will help us to provide advice and troubleshooting support with issues which our clients frequently ask for support with. These issues include support for:

How the portal will work:
As a Nous Digital client, you can submit a support ticket on whichever subject your query is on. The categories are Website Support, Email Support, Hosting Support, Virtual Private Server Support and Other. Your ticket will be picked up by our official helpdesk portal who will keep everything organised, but it’s us at Nous Digital who will personally help you to resolve your problem or answer your questions straight away or within 24 – 48 hours depending on the level of urgency.
The new system will make it easier for us to make sure we are able to respond to everyone quickly and in the most efficient way possible. The best thing about this service is that it is absolutely free to our clients and even if you haven’t worked with us before, its free to you too! Only if your support query requires any work to be carried out by us will any costs apply and of course we will discuss this with you first.

Step by step guides to help you with things like setting up emails on your iPhone or iPad, and how to log in to your WordPress website CMS. We have only just started so bear with us as we add more and more useful support articles and step by step guides as often as we can.
